Collectible Antique Vintage Mexican Sombrero Hat 19th Century Early 1900’s. Handmade. In excellent condition for its age. Metal (possibly silver?) 6 point star, one on each side. Colorful triple piping in near perfect condition. Some minor staining as seen in pictures. Inner fabric is intact with small section approximately 1 1/2” where stitching has come away. Most sombreros of this era are missing the inner fabric or have only the shredded remains. Chin strap intact. Measurements are approximate but carefully taken:
