Approximate size Junior (Small): 6" seated 8-9" long

Approximate size Regular (Large): 8-9" seated 12" long

Note: While 2-3" doesn't seem like that much of a difference, the difference is huge in the plush toy world. Please refer to the side by side picture in the listing to note the size difference.

For Warming:

Simply warm for 90 seconds up to a 1000W microwave

For Cooling:

Simply place in a freezer bag and freeze for several hours
