  • Damaged Items

    In rare cases, products to get damaged in transit by our couriers. If this occurs, in order for us to raise a claim with our parcel carriers, please ensure that you notify us within 3 days of receipt.

    Faulty Items

    If you believe an item to be faulty/not fit for purpose, please contact us as soon as possible. Acceptable timescales vary depending on the type of product orders, but as a general rule, you are covered for 6 months on.

    If your claim is outside of these timescales, then we will assist you to the best of our ability, however, please accept that there are limitations to what we can accept.

    Unwanted Items

    If you simply wish to return an item, if you have changed your mind, or the item is not suitable for the purpose you had intended, we accept returns up to 30 days from receipt. Return costs are the buyer's responsibility and products must be in their original packaging.

Missed Deliveries

Please respond to any calling cards that are left by our couriers. If an item is not called for, and returned to us, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, and a redelivery charge will apply.

We often charge less for postage and shipping than what it actually costs us. If at any point you are required to pay a redelivery fee/returns charge, we will charge you our cost price - this may not be the same as what is shown on the listing.

Heavier and bigger items are subject to higher delivery charges, please keep this in mind when requesting returns/redeliveries.

Shortages/Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that we make a human error, and send you the wrong items/incorrect quantity, we will rectify the situation ASAP. However, all shortages/shipping mistakes must be reported to us via the eBay Messaging system within 3 working days from delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds

Should it be necessary for us to cancel an order due to customer error, we will send an order cancellation request via eBay. This request must be accepted by the customer prior to any refund being issued. If the request is not accepted, we reserve the right to deduct a 12% administration fee from any refunds issued (to cover eBay fees). Please understand that by placing your order, we have already been charged eBay fees and by accepting the cancellation we can recoup those funds and provide you with a full refund.

Order Alterations

Any charges made after the point of ordering will result in a £5.00 administration charge.
