The handheld thermal camera, specially designed to detect elevated skin-surface temperature with high accuracy in real-time. It is equipped with a 160×120 resolution thermal detector, can be widely used for preliminary temperature screening in office buildings, factories, stations, airports and other public places.
With advanced detectors and algorithms, Hikvision’s Temperature Screening Thermal Cameras can detect elevated skin-surface temperatures in moving crowds such as passengers, commuters and shoppers, with accuracy up to ±0.5° C.

With advanced detectors and algorithms, Hikvision’s Temperature Screening Thermal Cameras can detect elevated skin-surface temperatures in moving crowds such as passengers, commuters and shoppers, with an accuracy up to ±0.3° C.
Hikvision's temperature screening thermographic cameras are designed for the detection of skin-surface temperatures so as to achieve rapid preliminary screening in public areas. Actual core body temperatures should be further confirmed using clinical measurement devices. Under any circumstances, it is highly recommended to use Hikvision's thermographic cameras in accordance with local laws and regulations.
This instrument comes with a ‘manufacturer's certificate of conformity’. It is important to understand that this does NOT constitute a ‘calibration certificate’. A certificate of conformity merely states that the equipment has been designed and produced to meet the requirements of its intended application.
Where calibration of an instrument is possible we will offer this as a separately purchasable item and may be selected from the drop-down box above. You will be sent a full traceable calibration certificate produced in our laboratory and applied with your details as required.
Using non-contact measurement to screen people for possible fever symptoms greatly reduces the risk of transmitted infection as no physical contact needs to take place.
This further reduces the risk to the personnel carrying out the screening process.
The camera unit can also be tripod mounted to allow a completely self-contained autonomous solution.
Advanced instrument algorithms allow the screening process to be carried out in confidence with the intelligent system processor reducing possible false alarms from unintended heat sources.
The HIKVISION DS-2TP31B-3AUF has a super-fast acquisition time of around one second per target to display results. If your screening process involves multiple subjects or in a time-sensitive environment then this camera will allow you to process more subjects, faster.
Need to screen multiple subjects in a crowded area simultaneously? This is also possible with the cameras built-in face discriminating capability.
As seen in the image below, subjects pass the camera which will automatically detect and display the temperature value per subject.
The footage can then be stored or reviewed at will.
The HIKVISION DS-2TP21B-6AVF/W is Wi-Fi enabled allowing you to monitor what the camera is viewing remotely even alerting you to a potential target with colour highlight alarm. Connect to your PC, smartphone or tablet for a truly stand-alone solution. Definable temperature alarms and detection alarms together with a voice intercom function allow you to stay in contact with personnel carrying out work with the camera.
