This listing is for a REPAIR SERVICE of your broken Thrustmaster/Guillemot HOTAS Warthog Throttle MAIN PCB (with or without USB
cable). If your Warthog Throttle is "bricked" and Windows can't
recognize the device, you need a replacement PCB or to have your PCB repaired. This
repair will make it perform at least as long as a new
unit from TM.

New this typically costs $75 USD+ from Thrustmaster after shipping and VAT charges.
Repair service details/steps:
- You purchase the service on eBay.
- I send you the shipping address of my lab to send the PCB to. (these 2 steps are per strict eBay policy)
- You
ship the PCB to me in Ottawa Canada at your own cost. Tracked mail is
best. I don't care how it gets here, as long as it does without
duties/brokerage. To that end please don't use couriers like UPS as
they inherently charge brokerage and auto charge taxes. Write in the
customs description "broken joystick PCB for repair" and reason for
export "Repair". Put in a very low value like $5.
- I repair the PCB, replace the CPU and program it and calibrate/test.
- I
ship the PCB back to you using the shipping method/address that you
paid for in the listing. (note I list ACTUAL shipping costs, I make
nothing on shipping)
- Advice: If you have more than 1 busted board, get them all fixed at once as I offer shipping discounts this way.
- If
you ship without a USB cable I will send it back without a USB cable.
Unless you make special arrangements with me before hand.
- Repair time is usually quick, but I account for your shipping time to me in the listing.
Symptoms which usually require PCB replacement/repair:
1. You plug in the throttle to USB port and it flashes the LED's briefly on/off.
2. The device is not recognized in Windows Device Manager (red X), popup when plugging in.
3. You can not enter Bulk mode to flash the throttle.
4. In Bulk mode you are unable to flash the throttle as you get an error during flashing.
5. When you plug in the throttle to USB port nothing happens.
Simple
replacement which requires unscrewing base (5 screws) and the board (4
screws) and detaching/reattaching 8 connectors. One connector is on
bottom of PCB where you need to pay attention to align the pins.
Three months warranty.

Note
shipping outside USA/Canada usually has no insurance to keep costs
reasonable. Have not lost a single package thus far worldwide.
