Asahi Pentax Original Leather Thin Strap

Excellent Condition

This is Asahi Pentax original strap from the Spotmatic and the original K series camera era, with original rubber pad and hardware, back from late 1960's or early 1970's.

Most of these straps from 50+ years ago are in poor shape (hardened/crackled/bad worn etc) but this one is in excellent shape for its age. The material is still supple. Stitching is good, although you may find some minor finish wear if you look carefully. The rubber pad is also in excellent shape. Comes with original, proper hardware. It is a rare find - don't let this one slip.

The strap is the narrow type and is just a little under 1/2" wide. If you have a classic early K1000, K2, KX, KM or Spotmatic in your collection this strap will complement the camera nicely.

Please note you are buying a leather product of 50 years age so it won't be like a leather product made today.
