Medicinal action and application according to folk medicine and modern phytotherapy. Blackberry roots are mainly used for diarrhea, gastritis, nephrolithiasis, cold diseases of the respiratory tract - laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis, pharyngitis, varicose veins.

Recommended daily dose for an adult: 2 tablespoons are infused in 500 ml of boiling water for 60 minutes. It is strained. Drink 150 ml 3 times before meals.

OR: 1 tablespoon is boiled in 500 ml of boiling water for 5 minutes. It is strained. Drink 150 ml 3 times before meals.
