Vintage American Girl Felicity Holiday Dress Girl's Costume.

Pheasant Co.  early version of Felicity's Holiday Dress.

Has flaws,see pics, but in Overall good condition. 

Some fading of the taffeta mostly on the shoulders and a small tear on the waist seam on the back.

It has her white coverlet with a blue bow.

The matching outfit was available as a one-piece gown called the Palace Blue Gown. Cost was initially $115 and decreased to $98. It was phased out around 2000.
