We can only ship via UPS next day or UPS second-day air service to Alaska and Hawaii; therefore, residents of Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional shipping charge. Please contact us first before purchasing so we can provide you with a shipping estimate. We only ship via UPS, no FedEx, no mail (USPS), and no DHL.

Your package will be shipped with insurance and will require a signature for delivery. Please keep this in mind.

RETURN POLICY

Before making your purchase, please verify this item suits your needs regarding size, fit, etc. If you need to make a return, please notify us of your intent to do so within 2 days after the item was successfully delivered. The item must be returned immediately, in the same condition it was received, including any original packaging, boxes, books, cards, hand tags, protective film, and any other accessories. The item must be unused, unworn, and not have been altered in any way. The item must be shipped with signature confirmation and fully insured for the full purchase price. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages during the shipping process. Upon receipt of the returned item, the package will be opened under video recording and restocked. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
