Women "Ski Gear" Insulated Black Winter Ski/Snowboard Pants. They are Size Large which we would say is about a women's 14. They have a snap and zipper closure in front with Velcro waist adjustments,  zipper pockets on each side, and elastic snow liners in the legs. Clean and ready for the slopes.
