This is a U.S. DOT approved precision alcohol breathalyzer that employs an advanced integrated microchip gas sensor. The AL5000 measures your blood alcohol content in .01% increments. The AL5000 delivers .01% (10%) accuracy at 0.10% BAC. It is a lightweight and easy to use High Quality Personal tester. Its semiconductor-oxide sensor provides your BAC reading at a very wide range - from 0.00% to 0.40% BAC. Two sanitized mouthpieces (required to operate the unit) are included. Just blow into the mouthpiece and your BAC is displayed in seconds on the easy to read LCD screen. Requires two AA batteries. I am also including the carrying case, which shows definite wear.
