Delivery Cost:
If item is marked as FREE Postage it applies to UK Mainland ONLY, Customers in Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland need to contact us for a current postage cost.
Delivery Times:
All goods are dispatched either by Royal Mail, Hermes, Parcelforce and UPS they normally carry an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days sometimes even faster. However there are occasional unforeseen delays. If the goods have not arrived in time, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.
Non-Delivery:
Please remember delivery delays are usually down to the delivery company, NOT US. We recommend that you check with your local postal sorting office if they have already tried to deliver it (even if they didn't leave a card) and ask your neighbours if the package has been left with them. You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct. If your order hasn't arrived seven days after the item shipped date, and it has not been left with your neighbours or at the sorting office then please contact us and we'll do our best to locate it. Please note you must contact us within 21 days of the item shipped date otherwise we will be unable to help.

If an item is damaged on delivery, we must be notified within 3 days off the delivery date, we will then arrange for a replacement (if available) or a refund of the item (this needs to be within this time period for us to make claims with our couriers)
If you have simply changed your mind or no longer require the item(s), you must notify us within 30 days from receiving your order. The item(s) MUST be in their original unused and (where possible) unopened packaging and be in a resalable condition for a full refund. You will need to pay for the cost of returning the item(s) and the item(s) remain your responsibility until we receive them.
