Product Warranty

• Product includes a 1 year (RTB) warranty that covers manufacturing defect and or fault caused during normal use.
• If you have any questions about warranty cover please contact us, preferably before purchase.

Please note that our warranty does not cover issues resulting from mishandling, deliberate damage, or end-user modification, etc...

Returning Products

Before requesting a return, please contact us with details of any concern/problem you have regarding your order. We are usually able to resolve any difficulties, when given the opportunity to do so.

In the rare event where a return is required:

• Please request authorisation and wait for confirmation, from OctoInkjet, BEFORE returning the item.
  
• Any product returned without prior authorisation and/or improperly packed, may be rejected.
• Please ensure you are returning the correct item (Note: where relevant, product serial numbers are noted prior to dispatch).
• Return of duplicate/alternate item will be rejected and reported.
