Original Japanese Ink Wash Painting Fuji and Waterwheel by Kawasaki Hoitsu

This piece of art is an original ink wash painting Mount Fuji and Waterwheel by Japanese artist. I was advised that the name of the artist is Kawasaki Hoitsu but I’m not quite sure. The painting is executed on thin cardboard sheet with golden edging. It is signed and sealed lower right.

The cardboard sheet measures approx. 10 3/4” tall and 9 1/2” wide.
