DAMAGES/RETURNS/REFUNDS:

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt of item and we will have the manufacturer send you a replacement. DO NOT discard the damaged item until told to do so as it may need to be returned to the supplier or to the shipping service for a damage in transit claim.
Proof of damages is a must in order to receive replacement.
