These tools are used to measure or inspect the cam shaft before and after twisting the cam gear and is used to measure the amount of twist of the gear on the crank to give you more power. Degree your cam and figure how much you want to move this gear (usually 2 degrees) put the side over on (KBP1005) to hold the crank gear and the spline tool KBP1004 and twist the gear. You want to twist negative. The other tool you need is KBP1004 plates to slip over the spline end of the crank and could be welded to a bar or you can slip a large socket over them. They are used to hold the end of the crank so you can twist the gear in the picture negative or (Retarted Cam Timing) These tools will only measure the Honda 120 - the other engines the valves are in a different locations and this block will no result in an accurate measurement. The Governing body rule books allow for 2 degrees but for outlaw no more than 4 degree, in QM you can get another degree in the crank end play rule. This will work on any single cylinder engine with a spline crank.

I have asked the governing bodies to change there rules to be equal but they refuse so in order to level the playing field everyone should have the same advantage and i am making all the tools to level the field.
