The cel displays the Tolmekian soldiers boarding an airplane to fight the last survivors from the city of Pejite . This cel was acquired in Japan at Nakano.
The overall condition is good (see pictures) and shows the impressive skills of the Studio Ghibli with this really precise drawing.
