Defective / Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, you will need to contact us immediately. In the body of the message, please reference the order number and explain the defect/damage on the item. The manufacturer will require photos to be sent to us, displaying the defect or damage on the item. Please have all of this information available when contacting us.
If a replacement is needed, the defective part or entire Wheelchair will be replaced upon validation of defect. For a replacement, you must contact us immediately before/within 30 days notice to qualify, so we can issue a Call Tag through the manufacturer.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us immediately. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, and order number, and a brief explanation of the issue. Our Customer Service department will then provide you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions to proceed with the return of the item.
Buyer is responsible for 100% of the returned shipping fee.
All returns must have an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted without an approved RMA number.
Item (s) must be in brand new condition, and contain their original packaging and contents as they did when shipped from the warehouse (no exceptions). Please do not destroy the original box until you are completely satisfied with your order.
