Up for sale is a  Belar FM Modulation Monitor. The item was tested for minor functionality as we do not have the capability to fully test; Unit has been inspected and the results are as follows. Intended for Reuse.

The item is in Good cosmetic condition.  All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. I powered on the device with a standard power cord and the lights and gauge are working properly. All buttons are intact. Item comes with rack ears for mounting. Power cable is included. Please see photos for details.
