This Bulb is New Old Stock NOS  Made in USA Cleveland OH

Bulb is NOS (New Old Stock) and was removed from the box for photography.
The bulb & box you receive may be slightly different visually but Will be the Same Manufacturer & Specs.

The Bulb You purchase will be removed from the box for careful inspection of it's condition and to make sure there are no visual defects. 
The bulb will be wiped down so that no oil resides on the glass. 

PLEASE READ:  It is important that you DO NOT TOUCH the bulb with bare hands when installing.
The oil from your fingers & the high heat of a lit bulb will reduce the life of the bulb and may damage the bulb making it unusable.
