Toyota 1.6 4AGE 'Large Port' INLET Manifold MILD STEEL Flange Plate

8mm thick Mild Steel Laser cut inlet manifold flange to suit the popular 1.6 4AGE Engine - NOTE this is the large ported version, please see our other items for the small port version. Port dimensions are 51 X 30mm.

NOTE: The ports on this plate are 6mm narrower (across the width, left to right) than the standard ports in the large port 4AGE head. The reason for this is to aid fabrication - in our experience the VERY wide standard ports can be difficult to cover with a tube, making welding difficult. This slightly narrower version helps in this respect, and the plate can then be 'ported' out to the exact head port size on the mating face using a die grinder/drill/file giving a nice smooth transition and flow.

Ideal for anyone wishing to weld their own inlet manifold.

Please check carefully the design and bolt pattern of the flange before purchasing to avoid incompatibility.
