Exclusive to danST Performance Engineering is this 6063T6 fuel rail extrusion. Based on the industry standard Dash 6 design this 400mm long rail is ideal for custom applications where a new fuel rail is required on 4 cylinder engines. We have worked closely with our UK supplier to offer a product that is both functional, aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.

The extrusion features convenient ready marked centerlines for both cross-drilling (for bracketry) and injector bore drilling. We have also incorporated chamfers on the lower corners (where others are square) to both improve clearance to injector plugs and enhance the visual appeal.

This extrusion is in stock in the UK for immediate dispatch - no longer do you need to import this from the U.S and suffer considerable carriage charges as well as added VAT and customs charges. We are a UK supplier and the price you see is the price you pay.

Alternative lengths (up to 1200mm) can be accomodated. We can also machine the injector ports and tap the ends of this extrusion to suit your intended use. Please see our other shop items or contact us with any non-standard requirements.
