We aim to engrave and dispatch your order within 24hrs. Please note delivery dates shown are Ebay estimates, sometimes these are correct but often they are not. If you require your order urgently then we highly recommend selecting a courier service at checkout. International delivery takes 10-15 working days. If we have not received engraving instructions from you and if we have had no reply  to any messages sent to you in regards to this your order will be dispatched without engraving within 48hrs.   If you do not require engraving please let us know

If you wish to return your item please note we only accept returns on items that have NOT been engraved.
