An original limited edition signed etching by Dutch born British listed contemporary artist Frans Wesselman RE.
Titled 'Three Teddybears' it shows the threesome seated on a table or similar. A very traditional golden teddy, a smaller soft teddy with button eyes and another golden bear looking slightly more worn.
Titled below and numbered 43 of an edition of 200. Hand signed by the artist in pencil lower right. Not dated, estimated to be 1990s.
Printed in ivory coloured wove paper and in excellent original condition.
Presented in a glossy wooden frame which is in very good condition, some tiny signs of age but nothing significant.
Glazed and ready to hang.
Measures 31 x 40cm including the frame, the plate size only is 14.5 x 21.5cm.

Frans Wesselman is a painter and printmaker, based in Worcester. He grew up and studied in the Netherlands, then qualified as an Art Teacher. After completing his national service he moved to the UK where he has become known of the colour and character of his work. A member of the Royal Society of Painter- Printmakers and the Society of Master Glass Painters he is represented by a number of prestigious UK galleries where his woodcuts and etchings are offered in the region of £300.
