This offering is for an early 1980's Richard Petty Race Day Airbrushed Souvenir Racing Jacket. There is a brush work GABRIEL patch on the front that I believe refers to the Garbiel 400 which last ran in 1983. Combine that with Kyle having his first race in 1979 and it pretty much limits the period the jacket was made to a five year window. I personally think it might date to 1979 when Kyle first started racing. The jacket is quite rare the bold colors really pop making it a perfect collectors jacket. The jacket is made of a white cotton material and makers tags are present in the neck. The tag states the jacket is an XL, the current measurements are given below taken with the jacket laying flat. The condition is outstanding as seen in our photo's. There is some very minor yellowing to the white as expected from age, the color artwork is wonderful with no fading or bleeding.
