Vintage Highland Park High Performance 1.5 Inch Grinding Wheel.  This is a very hard to find size.  It is from the shop of a mechanic and was found in an open package so the label is worn on that side but I do not believe that the wheel was ever installed.  The edges are crisp and there are no wear marks that I can see.
