2) Exclusively Warranty
Apart from manufacturer´s warranty, we exclusively provides limited warranty for our products sold in our store.(Please read our Terms for details)

3) 30 Days exchange
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied the quality on an item that you have purchased, you may exchanged for the identical item within 30 days from the order date. (Please read our Terms for details)

We do not accept returns of opened items!

1) Buyer must return the full package along with all gift and accessories. The returned game(s) must be sealed and re-saleable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
2) We will accept returns of the item(s) within 30 days, from the date of purchase for incorrect or damaged merchandise item(s) only.
3) Refund for Brand New, Unopened and resalable Condition ONLY. Opened item can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund. Shipping cost is not refundable. Buyer pays return shipping.
 

  • Refunds 
    Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.

  • Defective Item
    An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only. You may also return a defective item for a refund.

  • Damaged Items
    All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 2 business day after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only.

  • Return Shipping
    Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.

  • If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.

  • Replacement
    We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

    To receive a replacement more quickly, you may need to keep all the packaging and report the damage to your local post office. And you will get and have to send the proof of damage to us.
  1. Warranty
    -We EXCLUSIVLY provides the following limited warranty terms for our products sold in our store:
    * New Product (A Stock) Limited Warranty 
    * This Limited Warranty applies to our accessories & console that are brand new only. 
    * One month labor support from the date of purchase. 
    * One month free email support. 
    # Buyer will be response to all shipping cost for warranty purpose.
     
  2. 30 Days exchange
    -Any item can only be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if it is faulty or in the unlikely event an item which was not on your purchase list. In this case, an identical replacement will be provided. If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be provided. All Returns must be returned as you originally received your package , inlcuding manuals/ cords/ packing, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will not accept return of unsealed game. Please contact us if you received wrong game.

  3. Parcel number and tracking number
    -For shipment via Internation Registered Airmail, our customer can request us to provide parcel number 
    -For shipment via EMS/ DHL, we will tracking number to our customer

     
  4. Lost/ Damage compensation
    -Insured shipment: we can claim back full parcel value for you in case of loss parcel.
    -Non-insured regular airmail shipment--maximum compensation at HK$320
    -Non-insured EMS/ DHLshipment--maximum compensation at US$100

    Please note:
    # Maxmium compensation will be affected by the declaration value of the parcel. Customer must repsonse to balance the risk betwen compensation and customs issue.
    # We strongly recommend our buyer to buy US$5 insurance. Please send extra US$5 via paypal to our paypal address if you decide to buy insurance.

Not only we know well information of VAT varied to different country, but also our over 16 years e-commerce experience can help you to minimize the risk of customs problem in most case if purchasing from us.

However, customs duty is out of our control.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
