Note: Any damaged cards in opened packs will be replaced. OPENED PACKS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If cards are damaged and there are still unopened packs, refunds will be considered.

This statement is due to one purchase of 10 1994 Marvel Masterpieces Jumbo packs. Buyer said that a few of the base cards were damaged and demanded a return. He had opened all 10 packs and got 3 of the rare Gold Holofoil cards ($120 value), but returned just the base cards. Not any recourse because eBay said it was his word against mine. He must have done that to other sellers since he was kicked off eBay soon after.
