One of the most common types of strawberry plants is the Alpine Strawberries. You can grow your very own strawberry plants from seed with little effort and enjoy delicious strawberries year after year in your garden. Growing strawberries from seed is an inexpensive way to get your own strawberry patch growing and best of all you know what your eating.
Growing Strawberries from seed:
1. Place your seeds in the freezer for at least 2 weeks to stimulate winter and will help germinate your seeds once planted and increase the percentage of seeds that will germinate.
2. Prepare your seed tray with at least 1" deep of soil ( 3/4 peat moss and 1/4 organic rich soil, perfect for growing strawberries)
3. Gently spray the soil with water (damp soil) and then sprinkle the seeds on the top of the soil and cover the seeds lightly with peat moss but not too thick.
4. Make sure you keep the seeds moist in direct sunlight
5. Germination can take between 2-3 weeks
6. Once the strawberry seeds have sprouted and have at least 3+ leaves, transplant into bigger containers.
7. Plant your seedlings in well drained soil
8. It is recommended that you pinch off the first year flowers so that the strawberry plant can concentrate its energy on plant growth instead of producing fruit. By doing this you will have a better yield the next year when it produces fruit.

Return Policy
1. We do not accept returns on the plants or seeds that are ordered.
2. Should the plants arrive dead, we require a photo of the plants in the box.
3. New plants will be shipped out to the customer, customer to pay shipping cost only.
