CHOICE OF LAW
-Choice of Law: Belgian law is always applicable to every transaction between us and a buyer on Ebay.

-RETURNS
-Returns are accepted and money back guaranteed within 14 days of receiving the item
-14 days after receiving the item all sales are final
-Returns in the original package as received
- Items must be returned in their "as sold" condition
-In case  of a return shipment, the buyer must clearly indicate on the packaging
and communicate with the relevant shipping company that it is a return shipment.

-CUSTOMS & LOCAL TAXES
If you are based outside Belgium, you may have to pay import or other taxes, fees or charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt.
While we are not liable for these additional charges and have no control over them, we do encourage buyers to research these prior to purchasing items from us.
We will make a full value disclosure, where required, on all items sent overseas and this is required to ensure proper insurance cover in sending valuable items.
