Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Noach van der Meer Jr.' after 'Joseph Marinkelle'. Noach van der Meer Jr. (Dutch; 1741-1822) was a famous book illustrator in Amsterdam. Joseph (Marinkeltje) Marinkelle (1732-c.1776) was a Dutch miniature and portrait painter from the Rococo era.
