This pearlware soup plate was made by Poultney and Allies at Bristol circa 1830, and bears the pattern name "Sicilian" on the base.
It is decorated with a blue transfer print.
It measures 10 5/8" in diameter .
There is a flat chip on the back edge and a small chip on the footrim, there is no glaze crazing.
