This dress has long sleeves, one is polyester and one is mesh.  It has metallic fabric cutout accents and is loaded with crystals.  There is a clasp fastener behind the neck.  This dress is so beautiful, even better than the photos!  The applique may need to be glued or tacked down a little better.
