Obvious fading and general wear to covers and spines. 1921 edition has several tape repairs to some pages and the odd clipped page corner (examples shown). 1927 edition is in good shape. Both books contain numerous sketches and floorplans of multiple building designs including one for a residence at Clendon Road, Toorak. Please study photos to understand condition.
