For How to Measure Correctly for Wigs, see last picture.  Measure around the whole head and behind the ears and across the top of the forehead. 

Color up for auction:   BLONDE

Long hair with full bangs. Measuring from the seam at the center of the wig the length of the hair is roughly 16" inches long.

Modeling the wig is a Lee Middleton Doll and her head measures 14.5" inches and the wig fits her nicely.
