Matrix SoColor Beauty is a cream for permanent coloring created, based on years of experience and the MATRIX brand. Thanks to it, coloring will be pleasant, and the effect will meet our expectations at every level of hair every time. Coloring cream will perfectly cover gray hair. Thanks to the advanced technology contained, nourishing and smoothing the surface of the hair, they become strengthened, and the proper structure of porous hair is restored. Color Grip technology penetrates deep into the inside of the hair, giving a long-lasting effect of color protection and shiny hair. The intensity of the color is extended up to 20 hair washes, thanks to the permanent care effect. The consistency of the product is easier to use, it spreads more easily and adheres perfectly to the structure of the hair, and the floral fragrance makes the coloring process more pleasant.

Important warnings

This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16. Do not colour your hair if: — you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp, — you have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair, — you have experienced a reaction to a temporary ‘black henna’ tattoo in the past. Avoid contact with eyes or damaged skin YOU MUST DO AN ALLERGY ALERT TEST WITHOUT FAIL 48 HOURS BEFORE EACH USE OF THIS PRODUCT. Read directions for use carefully. Can cause an allergic reaction. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. Wear suitable gloves.

Delivery time:

All our products are dispatched using the a tracked delivery service, Ireland using Anpost service and in the most of the case you will get the parcel within 2 - 3 working days after dispatch. For shipments to Northern Ireland using Anpost service, shipping may take 3 - 5 working days. Shipments to UK using UPS service, shipping may take 4 - 7 working days, however due to the increased volume of online orders, delays may occur. We dispatch next working day after cleared payment received.

Undelivered parcels:

If a package cannot be delivered because the address is wrong or the necessary information for delivery is missing (street number, block, company name, etc.), or the addressee is absent during the delivery attempts made, the package will be returned to our facilities. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will proceed to reimburse the amount of the products, deducting the shipping and return costs from the amount paid.

Return Service

We do not accept the returns of goods, unless the goods have arrived damaged, erroneous and/or defective and you notify us of this with the relevant pictures within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

The photos required upon receipt of a damaged item are as follows:
-Photo of the damaged product
-Photo of the inner and outer packaging (box)
-Photo of the product together with the shipping label from the transport agency.

After proof of damaged or erroneous product will be received, we will provide you return address, after you’ll get the address you have to mail the products, please keep your receipt safe until we will confirm returnable product reached our destination. When product will be received, we will issue you a full refund.
