Vintage 23rd Royal Welsh Fusiliers Bugle.  This is a WWI British Military Regimental Bugle. Issued between 1874-1881. Brass and copper construction with a badge soldered onto the bell. The badge has a large 23 in the middle, and is in the shape of a flaming grenade, the standard insignia of the Royal Welsh Fusiliers, The regiment has had various names over the years, and the spelling of "Welsh" indicates that this was issued before 1920, when the archaic spelling "Welch" was restored. Bugles were reproduced during the WWI era.  Beautifully aged. Local pick-up in San Bernardino, CA. No returns or refunds. Shipping extra.
