About Us We are a small independently owned business who specialise in individually made (to order) T-Shirts. We have been designing and making T-Shirts for many years and have traded on eBay since 2004 - you are in safe hands. We are totally independent. All of the images featured on our garments are designed by our in-house team. All our shirts are made using high quality materials and are available in a range of sizes (small thru to XXL) and colours.We use Gildan T-Shirts (185 gms) that are the top selling T-Shirts in the world. The fabric has been preshrunk to ensure reduced shrinkage. Other features include double needle sleeves and hem, seamless twin needle collar and a taped neck for neatness and strength. If we are unable to provide Gildan we reserve the right to use other high quality makes such as Stedman or Fruit of the Loom. Your satisfaction matters to us. Please note that the images on our T-shirts are unique pieces of artwork that are designed by us and to which we own the inherent copyright under English Law.	Shipping We ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. We ship all items free of charge in the UK via Royal Mail. Upgrades are available, please see individual listings for details. Items take between 2-4 days under normal circumstances. International orders are sent via Airmail Standard Shipping (this is an untracked, although very reliable, service). If you require tracked shipping please contact us for a price before purchase. Items take between 7-21 days (dependent on location). We always retain proof of postage. If we are unclear of the exact requirement we will contact you ASAP to clarify and reserve the right to delay sending if necessary.
Returns (Important - please read) All of our clothes are made using high quality materials and carry a full no quibble guarantee - if you are not satisfied with your purchase simple return to us within 14 days for a full refund (excluding the cost of return). We pride ourselves on our Customer Service and the quality of our Shirts. If for any reason you are not happy with your item we will refund or replace your shirt within 14 days of receipt (provided it is unworn and in the same condition as it was delivered - as new.
