LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
If your coral arrives dead you must notify us immediately on receipt and supply photographic evidence - we will replace with a similar item or equally priced alternative - Please note corals will retract considerably during transit and may change appearance under different lighting etc.. Please give your coral a chance to settle in your aquarium (sometimes this will take several days or more) Most corals will shrivel up during transit - Don't be alarmed they will re open once settled in your tank.
