This Hermès Paris vertical cabas noir/fauve model "Mira" is made of black canvas /uni noir. Plain black. Leather trimmings and 2 handles ( each 20 cm high, width 2 cm) are made of veau barenia.  This leather is used for horse saddles and gains a wonderful deep patina over the years. It gets to be a very deep dark brown. Minor scrubs or scrathes can mostly be rubbed away by going over with your bare hands. The hardware is done in palladium. The bag can be adjusted in size by closing the press buttons. Inside the bag there is a piece of carton lined in the same black fabric with a barenia pull to strengthen a flat bottombase. The contrast stitched handles are attached to the bag by Medor shaped studs. The bag itself is light and can hold a lot including a small notebook. It closes with a zipper at the top. Inside one open 'slit' pocket . It has all the Hermès stamps ( see pictures) AR and K in a square (2007) and next to the Hermès Paris stamp is an "S" for Soldes (personnel)
