Minas Coffee is a family owned business that produces small coffee lots, across four properties typically much smaller than large-scale corporate farms, and is independently Australian owned. All our properties are characterised by their emphasis on ethical practices and environmental sustainability and are known for their tremendous quality, flavor and sustainable production techniques.
