Does not have an operating system installed. No SD card/Hard Drive. Comes with 2 batteries but batteries may not work. May not work without being plugged in. Has 2 battery slots. One battery slot does not hold battery well. We are an ITAD company and cannot assist with transferring of licenses to or from this device.
This will be shipped safely with plenty of padding.
