Missing or Faulty Goods
In normal circumstances, most items are received in 48hrs and
all items are tracked, however, on the odd occasion items can take longer to
get to the destination than plan if Royal Mail or couriers have resourcing
issues due to Covid.
Please allow up to 14 days for your goods to
arrive. We cannot Process claims with Royal Mail until 14 days after
the goods have been shipped.

dispatched. Please contact us within 7 days of
receipt. We offer a Full refund or Replace on all of our products we
