The item up for auction is this Watercolour Painting on paper board, Dutch windmill landscape. In a solid wood picture frame with composition decor.. The paper board is together but has cracks as pictured. The measurements are approx. 9"x 12" for the painting and the frame is approx. 11 1/4" x 14 1/4".
