This card is a bonus of a sweet called "Dragon Ball Carddass Gummies" that was released in Japan in 2003-2007. Currently, it is a rare card that is difficult to obtain even in Japan.

This was reprinted and sold in 2006 (the back of the reprinted version is blue).
