This is a certified O-320-E2D freshly overhauled according to SB240W, above and beyond the required parts were the oil pressure regulator is new & adjustable, and cylinders are overhauled first run Lycoming.  Brand new camshaft/followers, new superior pistons/rings.  This is a "certified" build, and will include logs, AD report, and all the yellow tags.  Pictures are file photos.

Engine is sold as pictured in what I would consider "long block".  No carb, mags, or accessories.  I do have those things available if needed.  

I would sell outright for 40k.  Price above is exchange with acceptable core (meaning crank, cases, cam and rods must pass inspection or you will be liable for charges on those parts).  Contact for more details.  These cores have became incredibly hard to find, the last several overhauls have sold before I'd even listed.  Parts availability is very difficult right now too, especially new cylinders.

Note: (05/29/2024) Buyer cancelled, so the engine is available.  Currently crated and ready to ship.
