Vintage 1940s 1950s blue and green cotton plaid print swimsuit bottoms. Can be worn as a mini skort.  With leather straps and buckle -- cool design.  

Great overall vintage condition. Any slight wear is photographed. Elastic in leg holes is shot.  Can still wear as is though. See photos.
