PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR CARDS INDIVIDUALLY AND THEN REQUEST AN INVOICE WITH COMBINED SHIPPING AS THERE IS NO WAY FOR US TO ADJUST THE INVOICE AFTER IT IS PAID FOR.  Please request 'combined shipping' once you are done selecting your cards and we will send an invoice to reflect the flat rate shipping price.  Please allow up to 12 hours to receive your combined invoice.
