Also this balancing movement can assist with your awareness. By rocking using the pelvis may release stress from your lower back. This ability to move (rock) can especially be helpful if you are prone to back pain. 

*** Note ~ Designed for pelvic rocking movement only (not for whole body rocking),  so the stool can adjust itself to the right sitting angle unique to your body.

It is Designed so as the seat get higher, the angle of sitting get steeper. So your knees stay in contact with the floor at all height sittings.

Designed to use without wearing shoes, on a carpeted (flat/even) floor or on a yoga / meditation mat. Use only when fully set-up with the locking mechanism fixed in your preferred sitting position.
