This is a hardcover cookbook, 9 3/8" x 6 5/8", 253 pages, entitled "Good Earth Country Cooking."  The book was written by Betty Groff, it is copyright 1974, and it is inscibed and signed in ink on page one Happpy cooking Norma, Betty Groff, 11-24-79".... The book contains more than 200 German and Pennsylvania Dutch recipes for meats, fish, vegetables soups, salads, casseroles, cakes, pies, and desserts. The author also explains how to properly freeze fresh fruit, vegeatables, and meat; how to "pickle" vegetables, and how to do canning and preserving of various foods.  Additionally, the book contains "tips" from the author, and it also contains approx. 20 phoytographs of her family members, her garden, the restaurant, and food.... The book is in mint condition!  No soiling, no creases on any of the pages, no rips or tears, no writing on any of the pages, no damage of ny kind.  Buyer pays 4.50 shipping...  NOTE: Betty Groff grew up in the small town of Strasburg, located in Lancaster County. Pa.  She learned to cook from her mother and other family members. She and her husband owned & operated Groff's Farm Restaurant in Mt. Joy, Pa. (Lancaster County) for approx. 45 years, and the restaurant became regionally famous becasue of the excellent reviews it received from nationaly known food critics. Betty died at the age of 80, in 2015.
